The Macedonian magazine of culture, art and social life “Kulturen Zivot” in its last August edition had published a section dedicated to blogging, communications and new media. All the published papers were presented at the Glocal 2.0. Conference. The paper of Elena Marcevska (“Blog as a Space for Alternative Culture Critique”) is part of this magazine issue.

Tactical media is situational, ephemeral and self-terminating. It encourages the use of any media that will engage a particular social-political context in order to create intervention.
