DISPLAY MOVEMENT
Display Movement expands my exploration of dance movement using software for manipulation of live video footage. With a background in performance art, my new media work deals with possibilities of translating a human motion into a digital signal. Inspired by the early Muybridge research in capturing frame by frame human motion, Display Movement captures the speed and glimpses of the human movement in the era of fast communication.
